Treatment:
Psoriasis:
3 ~ 4 times / week, 15 ~ 20 times / treatment course.
Vitiligo:
2 ~ 3 times / week, need treatment for 30 ~ 50 times or more.
Parapsoriasis:
PUVA, UVA/UVB,NB-UVB: 4 times / week, until histology improvement.
Dose adjustment:
